Spring Lakes Park is one of the premier resident-owned, 55+ manufactured home parks on the West Coast. Conceived and developed by landowners Bill and Shirley Graham, along with landscape architect John Takemoto, in 1965, it has become an idyllic haven featuring lakes, ponds, and walking trails enhanced by mature landscaping. This unique environment is inhabited by diverse wildlife, including over sixty species of birds.
Residents can access a wide range of amenities and essential services within a short walk from the park entrance. First Responders are stationed less than a mile from the park and can arrive within minutes, day or night.
Central California’s mild Mediterranean climate encourages an active lifestyle. The Monterrey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and miles of sandy beaches are fifteen minutes away. More than fifty State, County, and Municipal parks provide opportunities for hiking, biking, boating, and many other recreational activities.
